Pam Hernandez said, “A few years ago, I took a personality profile and the one-line summary was, ‘You feel as though you’re diagonally parked in a parallel universe.’ That’s me. I’ve been successful yet have never quite fit in, which is not a bad thing.”

Hernandez is Executive Vice President, Operations and Secretary for a financial services company. She started her career as an American Literature teacher but was recruited to develop curriculum and write training manuals. She was the first non-salesperson the company ever hired for the position and the first woman.
