Blending real-world leadership experience with reliable psychological theory, Dr, Hoogeveen has created over 250 individual leadership MindSets that he makes available to select company clients to improve the leadership skills of executives and address important issues related to cultural health.

A licensed psychologist holding his doctorate from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, Dr. Hoogeveen is a former CEO whose company (QLI), under his leadership, experienced remarkable growth and was four times recognized as the #1 Best Place to Work in Omaha.

Kim is one of the most frequently selected public sector labor arbitrators in the region, serves on a variety of advisory and governing boards (e.g., university system, banks, Special Olympics, United Way, Chamber of Commerce), has twice been awarded the Champion for Children designation, was recognized as the Nebraska Person-of-the-Year by Goodwill, and in recognition of his wide-ranging professional accomplishments, Dr. Hoogeveen was the youngest individual ever inducted into the prestigious Ak-Sar-Ben Court of Honor.
