Kent McCuddin has worked in the advertising industry for over 30 years, accumulating more than 100 creative awards with his work appearing on five different continents. He has been an art director and creative director working both agency side and client side.

McCuddin is the Director of Marketing, Consumer Communications at Wells Enterprises,  Inc., (WEI). He is responsible for managing multi-channel integrated consumer communications and brand identity programs for the portfolio of brands at WEI. Along with his daily responsibilities, McCuddin also developed and taught various classes and workshops on creative thinking. These classes were targeted towards general problem solving and innovative thinking with the goal to inspire  individuals to think bigger and generate enthusiasm to reach beyond the known to achieve greater success.

Prior to joining WEI, McCuddin was the Director of Creative Service, an in-house adverting agency for Gateway Computers. While at Gateway he was the Creative Director responsible all creative direction along with managing five different departments 1) Creative Group 2) Production Group 3) Photo Studio 4) Global Media Reference Library 5) Web and Intranet Group. At Gateway, he developed national and international campaigns and was instrumental in the expansion of the Gateway brand internationally.

McCuddin has been an Adjunct Lecture at Morningside College teaching classes in computer graphics and graphic design. He has been a featured speaker at Direct Focus North America, IAICDV National Conference and the Pacific City Graphic seminar. He has been a guest speaker at various colleges speaking on communication topics ranging from creative to social media.

Currently, McCuddin and his daughter, Allison Poss, are co-developers in the process of creating a program that will break down barriers and heighten the appreciation for Creative Intelligence. They are also creating tools and training materials to help individuals and corporations expand their innovation and problem-solving skills.
